It is mission critical that off-the-road tires be properly matched to the job and road conditions anticipated. RDH can achieve nearly any tire design imaginable, and provides a wide variety of retread products that can be tailored to meet your performance needs. We offer a complete complement of tread designs, tread depths, and custom tread compounds.

Though RDH is strictly a cut-tread and pre-cure retread facility, it’s important to us that we provide a comprehensive set of services that meets the evolving needs of our customers. When mold caps are required, we manage their completion through our sister company, BR Retreading, in Glasgow, KY. RDH can handle all your logistical needs, consistent with up-to-date manufacturer standards, if mold caps are what you require.

Take the weight off your personnel and resources by letting our experienced team take care of OTR tire mount and dismount. We have the equipment and experience to mount or dismount any size industrial tire quickly and safely. This service goes hand in hand with our Tire Freight Services.

Cut out the middleman and minimize shipping costs by taking advantage of our in-house East Coast Tire Freight Services. Our fleet of 11 tractor trailers is dedicated exclusively to tire drop-off and pick-up, consistently running weekly routes throughout the Eastern part of the United States, from Boston to Miami. You’ll never have to wonder where your tires are or when pickup will occur.

Need to neutralize the threat of flat tires on heavy equipment that’s operating over nails, glass, metal, and rocks? We use the most reliable and protective flat-proofing technology in the world to keep tires moving through hazardous conditions. TyrFil polyurethane solution will make your OTR tires flat-proof to extend their functional life and eliminate downtime.

Even tougher than foam-fill, solid tires prevent damage before it happens in the most extreme off-road industrial scenarios. When the earth takes chunks out of your solid tires, RDH can rebuild them from the wheel up. We have the capability of retreading any size solid tire from a skid steer to a large wheel loader, either expanded wheel or Press-On.

To protect the highly-stressed tire sidewalls, we provide an optional Sidewall Protector. This material extends the lifecycle of your tires by guarding against tears and punctures caused by the toughest terrain.

When your tire is so significantly damaged and irreparable, you may have no choice but to send it to the scrap heap. Our scrap tire service ensures that your unusable tires are disposed of responsibly and legally. This service is available by the truckload or partial load, and can be done a la carte or combined with our OTR tire dismount service for maximum efficiency.

The Marathon RL is a unique flat-proofing system, but if you need liners removed or refitted, we have the tools for the job. You don’t have to go back to Marathon; when you work with RDH, repair of your OTR tires fitted with Marathon liners can be streamlined with all your other industrial tire retreading and repair needs.
