LIMITED WARRANTY
Every Off-the-Highway retread of our manufacture is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (5) years from date of manufacture. After tire is worn 50% and casing fails, there is no warranty. After purchased cap and casing is 50% worn and casing fails, there is no warranty. We do not warrant the cord body of Off-the-Highway tires. If our examination reveals the tire has failed under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair the tire or make a reasonable allowance on a service-rendered basis measured according to tread wear. Our adjustment policy is limited since any retreaded tire may be taken out of service due to conditions out of the manufacturers control such as, mechanical conditions of the vehicle, improper tire maintenance, road conditions, etc.
REPAIRS
49" & Below
Off-the-Highway repairs of our manufacture are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from date of manufacture.
51" & Above
Off-the-Highway repairs of our manufacture are warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of manufacture.
FOAM / SOLID RECAP WARRANTY
Recapped Foam Fill and Solid tires are warranted through first 50% of tread wear, regardless of age or length of time in service. If casing / core fails after first 50% of tread wear, there is no warranty. The New Solid tires are to be free from defects in workmanship and material. We assume no liability for Foam (TYRFIL) in tires which we retread. Tires should be re pressurized by customer after being retreaded.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must have prior approval. Special orders are not returnable. Minimum 10% restocking fee.
